While still residing in Somalia. Although some Somali doctors have graduated from international universities and passed the USMLE exams, I take pride in being the first graduate from a local university to achieve this while remaining in the country. 

Despite facing numerous challenges and a lack of guidance, I have persevered to pave the way for myself and future Somali doctors aspiring to pass these international exams. My journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a dedication to supporting others in their medical careers.
